Airport Information
--------------------------------------
Extensively detailed and realistic scenery for North Cyprus Ercan Airport. Created with gmax from scratch, the scenery includes accurate buildings, hangars, parking bays, night texturing and illumination effects and full air traffic control communication and navaids facilities.
This LCEN2003 version has the KTHY Virtual Cyprus Turkish Airlines Fleet (B727, B738, A310) with real life scheduled flight plans all incorporated to the AI aircraft traffic. Also the add-on sound to Ercan Airport for FS2002 ATC voices is included to make your flight as real as possible
The further improvements to the scenery includes the airport charts, fully working ILS to the runways, AFCAD file, improved navaids and textures.

INSTALLATION:
a) Unzip the 'lcen2003.zip' file to a temporary folder.
b) Cut and paste the 'Ercan LCEN' folders and files into c:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/FS2002/ADDON SCENERY
For the AFCAD file installation do the following:
1) Start AFCAD.
2) Under the File menu, choose Import Airport.
3) Select the airport file that you want to install (LCEN-AFCAD.TXT) .
4) The map for the airport will be displayed. At this stage the airport still hasn't been installed yet so you can examine the layout of the airport and decide if you want to go ahead and install it, or you can just abandon it.
5) Assuming you want to install it, choose Save from the File menu or the Save toolbar button.
6) The program will ask if you want to replace the existing airport, if the new airport has the same ID as one you already have, otherwise it will ask if you want to install a new airport. Answer 'OK'.
7) The airport will be automatically installed in the appropriate place in the Flight Simulator facilities database and the new airport map will be displayed on the AFCAD window.
8) Close AFCAD.
To install the ' airport texture files ' ' editvoicepack_sound ' ' KTHY-VA AI ' please read the readme.txt files in the respective folders and follow the instructions.

KNOWN PROBLEMS:
The 'North Cyprus Navaids' files in the scenery folder represents the new ECN and GKE navaids (VOR/DME AND NDB). These files were created separately due to the software limitations and to the methods known to me. They are shown as a new region and a new airport in Southeast Asia, please disregard this and just use the navaids only. If you require delete them altogether.

This scenery and the attached files including the Project AI material are copyrighted freeware, you can download and use it for free. You may not alter the contents of these files. You must obtain my written permission for uploading to and distribution from any web site. It is for the enjoyment of the flight simulation enthusiasts and you are not allowed to make money out of it.
